Places visited on that occasion include: Sydney, Hunter Valley, Botany Bay, and the south east coast and hinterland with Bishops' Adventure Tours. BEDFORD AND DISTRICT : The site contains a number of photographs of Bedford Town and School and parts of the surrounding locality taken in 2003. The recent (1930s and '40s) history of the now derelict airfields at Twinwood Farm and Tempsford, and the village of Cardington is documented in some detail. Parts of the site are still under construction.

BLETCHLEY PARK, ENIGMA AND ULTRA : An extensive site devoted to Bletchley Park in England. 'Britain's Best-kept Secret' refers to the Estate and Mansion in Buckinghamshire where the secrets of the German 'Enigma' machine were unravelled in WWII. 'Ultra', Alan Turing's bombes and 'Colossus' are all described in this site and there are many photographs.

THE 1940s AND 1950s : This site describes Bedford in England (with its association at the time with the BBC) and Bedford School during the WWII years. The author's experiences during National Service in Bodmin, Cornwall at the end of the decade are also included.
