IN OCTOBER 2005 a group of twenty people
from UK and Australia, booked on a
Page and Moy (UK) tour, met at Gatwick
Airport and travelled to Toulouse in South
Western France and then by coach to the
cathedral city of Albi.
The following four days were
fully occupied with tours of the city and
visits to local places of interest. On the
fifth day the group moved via St Cirq
Lapopie and Rocamadour to its new base in
Payrac from whence visits to the
surrounding area were made.
This is a photographic record
of the week's activities. An index to the
pages in the site is given below from which
you may select which town or area you may
care to visit. On the other hand, after
visiting the introductory page, you may
wish to follow the day-by-day adventures of
the group in sequence. In that case, please
click on the 'Next Page' button to be found
in the right hand lower corner of each
page.
In order to maintain
reasonable photographic quality most
pictures have been processed to a size
larger than 70kb - the larger the format
the longer the download time! So the
photographs may take some time to download,
particularly if you do not have a broadband
connection. Hopefully your patience will be
justly rewarded!
