Return to Ceský Krumlov Town and Journey Home

We leave the castle with a last close look at the tower........

.........and pass one of the old gateways into the Latran district (left). Then over the river Vlatava........

........into the old town (left).

Recrossing the Vlatava River we take a parting shot of the castle complex.

Our coach journey back to Weyrigg takes us through undulating countryside and past a number of historic monuments.

Another form of 'tower' welcomes us back into Austria and the Alps, and with rain clouds forming we conclude our visit to Bohemia.
