GRAND CANYON The eighth wonder of the world and a UN World Heritage Site. Here are four pages of photographs of this remarkable formation.		COCHISE COUNTRY The last redoubt of Cochise, leader of the Chiricuahua Apaches at the end of the nineteenth century.
LAKE HAVASU A large lake created on the Colorado River by the building of the Parker Dam. The river crossed at Lake Havasu City by a bridge relocated from London, England.		TITAN ROCKET An inter-continental ballistic missile site south of Tucson.
TOMBSTONE The silver-mining 'wild-west' town described as being 'too tough to die'.		TOM MIX The famous cowboy hero of the silent screen.
MORENCI MINE A huge open-pit copper mine in the south eastern corner of Arizona.		PETRIFIED FOREST A journey through a bleak landscape and remnants of fossilised trees. Also a visit to the adjacent Painted Desert.
